By Cheque:
Select the 'by post' option on the payment screen. Cheques must be drawn in sterling on a UK bank only. The address is on the confirmation page, please finish the process (when you have received confirmation) in order for the order to register with us. Your order will be sent once the cheque has cleared.

EU VAT reguations

From the 1st of July 2021 the EU brought in new legislation to charge VAT on ALL purchases coming into EU countries from outside the EU regardless of value; your items will be delivered by Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) meaning you may have to pay import VAT and a handling fee before you can receive your items. Returns
In compliance with the distance selling regulations, you may return an item(s) to us unsued and opened within fourteen working days of receipt for a full refund (the customer will bare the cost of the return postage). Outside of this fourteen day period, items can only be refunded or replaced if faulty.
 
Refunds
Damaged/faulty items must be returned before a replacement is sent or a refund issued; the cost of returning the items will be reimbursed, second class post only. In the case of lost items the post office claim procedure will be taken up before a replacement item is sent; proof of posting is obtained for all orders. Please use the standard mail service provided by your mail carrier (we cannot refund items sent by courier services) and please obtain proof of posting. Return your items to the address on the back of the package (or alternatively see the contact page for return address here).
 
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
 
If we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.
 
Custom orders cannot be refunded unless faulty.
 
Please note, we cannot re-fund e-projects once they have been downloaded.
